Bonchurch Manor is an extremely attractive Country House, standing in its own beautiful grounds overlooking the sea. It has an air of informal charm, character and comfort which we manage to combine with all the conveniences demanded by modern life. All our 12 bedrooms have private facilities, central heating, colour TV and tea/coffee making equipment. They are tastefully furnished and some overlook the gardens and sea. There is a choice of Single, Twin or Double rooms. You can relax in comfort in our delightful lounge with its Adam fire places and log fires. There are plenty of deep, comfortable armchairs where you can have drinks or settle down with your coffee. Bonchurch itself is backed by the magnificent St Boniface Downs. Bonchurch village has an old world charm, unspoiled by the passing of time, characterised by its many famous residents, Swinburn, Dickens, Shaw etc. Having the advantage of its own interesting beach which is seldom, if ever, crowded and the 11th century Norman Church reputed to be the smallest in the country. Last, but by no means least, is the famous Landslip Walk which starts just 200 yards from the Manor's Entrance. |
